Pinkfish ticket scam

on 8/6/24 me and 11 others (or more) were scammed with Pinkfish tickets by Nur Safiah Bt Muhammad Fendi, 20 years old.

she bought one or two valid tickets from another seller (so that the info on the ticket was someone else’s) and sold it to multiple people

a lot of us queued for hours and when we reached the redemption counter, they said our tickets had already been redeemed

Safiah played dumb and acted like she didn’t know, even acted like she was going to solve the issue but did nothing

some of the buyers just left after not getting a response from her

I bought 3 tickets from her for my friends, so I replaced my friends with new tickets at sunway lagoon for RM408 each (total RM1.2k) as I didn’t want to tell my friends to just go home

I transferred to her RM770 and now plus RM1.2k, total was RM1970 that she owed me

After days of trying to get our money back, she refunded 4 buyers (thank god we had her email and phone number)

Went to her place and took her to balai polis Pandan Indah, she manipulated the police there into thinking she’s the victim

police didn’t ask me for my statement as I had already made my report at balai polis TTDI

police advised me to file for tribunal (saman ganti rugi)

threaten her with summon and reached out to caprice for help, honestly just wanted to viral her

when cap replied, that scared her and she refunded me RM500

she apologized and said she’ll pay me back and then disappeared again

her total debt with us is RM3.4K

later found out that she has debts with her dental clinic and they are also looking for her

she apparently has scammed people about selling baju raya and preloved before, but of course the clothes never came

she have had court order to pay someone she scammed in lumsum but STILL she’s been running and no legal action has been taken

she was fired on november 2023 from her previous company for breach of trust (pecah amanah)

I will include her face so you all can avoid being scammed like us

I will also make sure every single company she works with in the future knows who she is

I have filed for tribunal and currently waiting for a court date (which I know she’ll just ignore anyway)
